Please welcome Michaele Pansza. Michaele has a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University. She then made a career move in order to pursue her passion for children in the area of education. She continued her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Michaele has taught in a variety of educational settings from pre-kindergarten to fifth grade. She spent four years as a special education teacher in Northside ISD, before joining Northeast ISD in 2007 as a special education teacher at Jackson Keller Elementary. She then spent the next four years at Olmos Elementary as the assistant principal, and most recently Michaele was the assistant principal at Woodstone Elementary. Michaele is very excited to be a member of the Redland Oaks family and looks forward to meeting all the parents and students of Redland Oaks Elementary.
