All entries must meet the General Student Participation Rules OR the Special Artist Division Rules:

In addition to the General Student Participation Rules, each entry must also follow the rules for a specific category:

All entries MUST meet all three requirements or they will be disqualified. The three requirements are:

1. Completed Student Entry Form
   
2. Follow General Student Participation or Special Artist Division Rules
3. Follow category specific rules (ex. Visual Arts or Literature Rules)
